Civil Engineering Setout and As-built

Datum Surveying have considerable experience on construction sites. We are able to provide efficient setout on any project. Using the most up to date gear, we work to tight tolerances to ensure accurate setout and construction. We also provide as-built survey and drafting services for post-construction QA and submission to Council.

Unit Title Plans and Site Intensification

Complex developments are becoming much more common place in Christchurch as developers look to intensify their sites. Datum Surveying have licensed surveyors who enjoy working with clients to ensure the best possible solution is provided. We have experience right through the consenting, development and title stage of your project.
